My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view, but it was disappointing that the spa and other facilities were not available after 18:00. The service was mixed, with moments of kindness but also encounters with unfriendly staff. The location was amazing, providing relaxing views of the Swiss Alps, although some aspects were a bit strange. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection, especially considering the prices. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.
